- 1920. Founded as the choir of Music department, Tokyo Imperial University
- 1946. Named ‘Chor Academy’ after performing in NHK radio program ‘the Time of Beloved Music’
- 1954. Appointed Go Maeda Koichi , the master of religious music. Organized repertoire with western classical music. Studied vocalization of counter tenor which played a big role in Renaissance religious music in medieval times
- 1970. Performed in European cities such as Bonn, Koln, Freiberg, and Thuringen
- 1992. Concert in Koln, Freiberg, Bremen, Berlin, etc
- 1998. Performed repertoires such as Missa at churches in Berlin and other cities in Germany
